Services

What interior finishing services do you provide?

Enlito Construction provides a full range of interior finishing services: gypsum board installation, wall and ceiling puttying, painting, wallpapering, decorative plastering, floor concreting and leveling, installation of various floor coverings (vinyl, laminate, tiles, linoleum, carpets, wood or stone). We also perform electrical and plumbing works, furniture assembly and door and window installation.

Is it possible to order only part of the works, e.g. only painting or floor installation?

We provide services as a package – it is possible to order all or several selected services. We do not perform small individual works.

When can you start the work?

The start date is agreed individually according to your needs and our schedule – leave an inquiry and we will clarify availability.

In which EU countries do you operate?

Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Lithuania, Poland and other EU countries.

Are permits required and who takes care of them?

Permit requirements depend on the type of work. Responsibility for obtaining permits is defined in the contract. Contact us for specific cases.

Is there a warranty for your works?

Interior finishing works are subject to a warranty period in accordance with applicable contractual terms and relevant European legal requirements. As a general standard, warranty periods typically cover at least two years for interior finishing works and up to five years for hidden defects related to structural deficiencies. The exact warranty conditions are defined in the project contract.

Is an official contract signed?

Yes – before starting work, we sign a works contract defining rights, obligations, scope, deadlines, price and responsibilities.

What happens if the works are delayed?

All terms are defined in the contract. Liability measures apply, the client is informed in advance, and deadlines may be adjusted by mutual agreement if justified.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we maintain comprehensive civil liability and employer’s liability insurance. All works on board vessels are carried out in full compliance with HSE and ISPS requirements, including hot work permit procedures where applicable.

Do you use your own materials or the client’s?

We use reliable, certified materials and consult clients to select solutions according to budget and needs.

Do you apply eco-friendly solutions?

Yes – upon request, we can use environmentally friendly materials and solutions.

Who performs the works – your employees or subcontractors?

Works are performed by our company’s qualified specialists.

Do employees have qualifications and certificates?

Yes, all employees hold the required professional qualifications and valid certificates relevant to their scope of work.

How do you ensure work quality?

We apply internal quality control, phased inspections and constant communication with the client. Completed works are delivered only after a full quality inspection.

Can we see examples of completed works?

Yes – see completed projects.

Do you remove construction waste after the works?

Yes, construction waste removal can be arranged for an additional fee. All waste is handled in accordance with applicable waste sorting, recycling, and environmental regulations.

Does your team speak English / German?

Yes – we communicate in English and German.

Do you have partners in other EU countries?

Yes, we work with a reliable network of partners, enabling efficient logistics and strict adherence to project deadlines.

Ship outfitting

What ship outfitting services do you provide?

We carry out full interior fit-out works, including cabins, lounges, galleys, and sanitary facilities; partition systems; floor and ceiling systems; insulation (thermal, acoustic, and vibration); piping and electrical installations; HVAC (ventilation and heating) works; manufacturing and installation of furniture and bespoke built-in elements; as well as fire-resistant system solutions and finishing works.

Do you work only on new shipbuilding projects or also on refits?

We work on both newbuild projects and refits (modernization and major repairs) for passenger, commercial and leisure vessels.

What standards and certifications do you apply on ships?

All works are carried out in accordance with the requirements of leading classification societies (DNV, Lloyd’s Register, RINA, etc.). We use marine-approved materials and components with certified conformity markings (e.g. MED “Wheelmark”). All activities fully comply with SOLAS, fire safety regulations, and HSE requirements applicable in shipyards and ports.

Can you work on operational / port-based vessels?

Yes, we have experience working in ports and dry docks, coordinate works with the vessel’s schedule and comply with ISPS and hot works permit procedures.

How do you ensure corrosion protection and environmental resistance?

We use marine-grade materials, anti-corrosion systems, moisture-resistant structures, noise and vibration insulation, and IP-rated electrical components.

Do you provide documentation for class / client acceptance?

Yes – we prepare as-built documentation, material conformity declarations, test protocols, installation markings and participate in inspection and acceptance procedures.

Do you work with small leisure vessels (yachts)?

Yes, we can perform salon renovations, partitions, floor and ceiling system upgrades, furniture manufacturing and electrical/water system upgrades in compliance with CE requirements.

What are your timelines for ship projects?

Timelines depend on the vessel type, scope and docking schedule. We prepare a phased plan (demolition – installation – testing – acceptance) and coordinate it with the client and classification society.

How is the price calculated?

The price depends on the services and scope. We can calculate an approximate estimate based on drawings or project descriptions.

Is it possible to receive a preliminary estimate in advance?

Yes – we provide it based on your needs and the specifics of the project.

Do prices vary depending on the country?

Yes, prices vary by country and location due to logistics, working conditions and permits.

What payment methods are available?

Payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice. Depending on the project scope, an advance payment may be required.

Is installment payment possible?

Yes, staged payments can be agreed based on project milestones and work progress.
